Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery with standard shipping taking 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost. All mirrors are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
Return Policy
Our refund policy is governed by the Australian Consumer Law, stating that consumer guarantees do not apply if change of mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. However, we can offer an exchange or store credit. Although, mirror defects are very rare if they do occur due to manufacturing error, we can either replace, repair or refund the product.
